About Us

Hi! My name is Aleks and I’m the Chatty Pet Sitter.

I moved to the Chattanooga area from south Florida in late 2019. Before moving here, I pet sat for a small business that I started with family in 2009. That company is still in business 17 years later! After a few years of getting to know the area, I decided to start another business in my new home. The Chatty Pet Sitter knows your pets are more than pets and companions. They’re family! I know it’s not always possible to be with your furry friends all day every day, but you can help your loved one stay content while you are away with our wide range of pet-focused services.
I started this business because I love all animals and while I respect that there are animals that do wonderfully in kennel-type environments, that is not the reality for every pet. I believe that most animals are happiest and most content in their own homes. That’s where The Chatty Pet Sitter comes in. No matter your schedule, I adapt in order to keep your babies happy and give them the unconditional love they’re used to while you are there.
Taking care of your babies is my passion and I take that very seriously. This is more than my full-time job, it’s my life!
